3Shape is looking for an ambitious, high performing Enterprise Architect. This position will support all Enterprise Architecture (EA) efforts, including target business architecture, target technical architecture, and enterprise transition plans. Support designing and developing architecture models and diagrams to support usability, interoperability, and standardization. The successful candidate will assist in a development Architecture capacity, where it requires the gathering of Enterprise Architecture artifacts, System Rationalization Plans, and Technology Roadmaps that facilitates executive level decision making on IT budgeting and system rationalization initiatives. The successful candidate will also assist in the development of a commercial cloud migration strategy and implementation plan (migration of systems and applications of cloud-based environment characterized by platform, infrastructure, data, and application services).

You will join the Global Group IT team collaborating as a cross-functional team, collecting, analyzing, and designing optimal solutions for the greater part of all 3Shape teams, facilitating IT tools to drive and optimize their daily responsibilities. You will refer to the Director IT Solutions & Transformation and be part of the global Group IT of 3Shape. The position is in Denmark, Copenhagen.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Conceptualizing and influencing application and interface projects in an Agile environment
  • Develop current state (As-Is) and future state (To Be) architectural models, keeping them up-to-date and relevant for active technology portfolio management.
  • Drive knowledge, understanding and use of EA through all levels of the organization.
  • Translate business strategy into technology strategy and maintain currency of Enterprise Architecture Models.
  • Enterprise Architecture including mapping the systems, interfaces, and flows of data
  • Identifying current state and future state architectures, projects needed to close the gap between them, and setting standards for information management.
  • Defining the information blueprint (lifecycle, governance and workflow)
  • Modeling and maintaining the enterprise data models and extending those models to the functional architecture
  • Coordinating the information and data integration of systems and workflows
  • Working with teams to prove feasibility of proposed solutions
  • System Rationalization in support of Portfolio Management
  • Understanding of Application Cloud Migration
  • Understand principles of Database administration

To succeed in this position, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to articulate ideas to both executive level strategic, technical, and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, set priorities, and give attention to detail and quality, flexible, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task, ability to work individually and with a team, positive attitude, self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy, strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and ability to handle stress in professional manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective in interfacing with internal and external customers fostering collaboration and establishing strong partnerships and relationships
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite is a prerequisite
