Our IT landscape is being transformed, and therefore we are looking for a new Solution Architect for Retail Excellence to join our Global Consumer Technology department. As Solution Architect, you will primarily work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail, which is our backbone for our EMEA stores and already implemented in 9 markets and 600+ stores. You will help expand and maintain the template for our EMEA markets by, e.g. creating solution designs and working with IT and business stakeholders to ensure that we meet demand.
You will also participate in other critical projects across the organisation, varying in technical and functional areas. Responsibilities will also include liaising with our vendors to continuously improve solutions as well as analysing and documenting business processes.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure that we leverage both existing and new functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Improve the ways in which we work with tools such as DevOps to manage dev/test
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and capture demand
- Convert business demands into solution designs

Our department consists of two teams, Product Management and Technology & Engineering. As part of the Technology & Engineering team, you will work closely together with a talented group of Data Engineers, Analysts, Solution Architects, and Delivery Managers. You will report directly to the Manager of Solution Architecture. What is needed to succeed:
We imagine that you have a university degree within Computer Science or Information Technology. You also have a strong understanding of the Retail or FMCG industry.
Further to the above, you have:
- Minimum 6 years of experience with AX12/D365 as a functional consultant or solution architect
- Worked within a global organisation providing IT support across business functions

At the same time, you are entrepreneurial and like to think outside of the box to solve problems, learning from your failures. Finally, you are a confident communicator, not afraid to challenge the status quo and comfortable communicating with top-level management.

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel up to 20 days per year.
