Our Digital Hub will be responsible for designing, delivering and operating digital products and experiences for Pandora’s global business (online and in-store), in order to deliver a genuinely connected experience. As part of this, Digital Operations is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our digital platforms and operational processes, as well as managing change, so that we may better serve our customers.
As Live Service Specialist, you will actively monitor our business and technical operations. You will work with teams across the business to sense, prevent, mitigate and when required react and manager customer and business impacting issues.
This includes:
- Management of the “Command Centre”; the nerve centre of our global digital operations.
- Ensure appropriate monitoring, reporting and alerting is in place across our operational and technical landscape
- Incident management – lead business related incidents and supporting IT support team for IT managed cases
- Seek to prevent technical and operational issues that cause customer and business impact through proactive planning and training with other teams/functions
- On call responsibility on a rotational basis

As Live Service Specialist, you will report directly to the Digital Operations Manager.
What is needed to succeed:
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have and can demonstrate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Digital and/or IT Operations
- Experience working in a global matrix organisation
- Fluent English – other European languages are considered a bonus
Something about you:
You might be the person we are looking for if you have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders. Your problem-solving skills are strong and you can keep calm and maintain the overview when working under pressure.

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 10 days a year.
