The demand for Omada’s award-winning security solution becomes higher and higher every day around the world. We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our customer success team in Denmark.
You will be working in implementation projects directly with our clients and enable our partners to implement Omada’s innovative software solution, Omada Identity, for our clients - with focus on both business and technical requirements.
Your areas of responsibility:
Omada’s solutions are primarily delivered to enterprise customers around the world within highly regulated industries, such as finance, public, pharma, and manufacturing.
As an Omada Solution Architect, you connect business and IT requirements, and your primary responsibility is to advise clients and partners on how we can resolve their business challenges within the identity management and access governance area, both on a technical and a business process level.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- You are able to communicate, conduct workshops, and present highly technical complex solutions in an easy to comprehend manner.
- You transform user requirements to technical design specifications and work with the client and Omada team to implement our product both technically and in the business.
- You have the ownership for the technical solution and the role as technical lead in the project team with the responsibility of providing a solution that fulfills the client business requirements and have with long term viability.
- You work with the setup of the governance structure to support compliance initiatives based on ISO27001, EU GDPR, GxP, or other standards relevant for the Client industry.
We integrate with the Active Directory, ERP system for the HR data, cloud services, SharePoint (or similar), and then into a multitude of different applications, which the solution should control. This challenge will require a general understanding of many different applications and experienced judgement in how we best integrate into them.
Omada Identity provides high value within compliance, efficiency, and of course, within IT security.
Your qualifications and experience:
You are an experienced Solutions Architect who has completed several projects within implementation and customization of IT solutions.
The technical skills require you to have a broad understanding of operating systems, middleware, databases and applications.
Knowledge of integration protocols such as API’s, webservices, messaging protocols, and application development are valuable skills.
The Omada software platform is based on the Microsoft stack and experience with MS SQL server, scripting in JavaScript, PowerShell or similar applications. Some knowledge of Active Directory is preferable, but not required. You may also come from another technical background.
We also require you to have solid inter-personal skills, an experienced consultancy mindset, and strong stakeholder management skills as well. You thrive interpreting customer or partner challenges into technical solutions and technical concepts at a high level, and you will participate hands-on in the implementation as well.
Finally, it is important that you can communicate fluently in English, as we are an international company. Danish and German will be an advantage, since some customers prefer using their local language.
When you join Omada, we will, of course, make sure you know our product. You will receive thorough, professional training in our product, as well as in the middleware components used in our solution.
