Milestone Systems is one of the global industry leaders regarding open platform video management software. We are a fast-growing international company and we are looking to hire a Student Assistant to join our team of passionate colleagues in our headquarters in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen).
Responsibilities
As a student Assistant you will be conducting key analysis to ensure data driven decisions for prioritized strategic initiatives & Thought Leadership keynotes for the CTO. The job will include constant engagement with a wide range of senior management (VP’s and C- suite level) in Milestone Systems across functions and markets.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assisting in structuring and preparing for strategic workshop sessions with key stakeholders
- Support in building key strategic communications narrative for thought leadership speakership events
- Support in conducting qualitative analyses incl. desktop research, extracting relevant information from key market reports related to preparing such speakership content.
- Support in building key strategic communications narrative for thought leadership speakership events
- Creating presentation material in PowerPoint
Qualifications and Educational requirements
We are looking for the following qualifications and experience:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology or other relevant fields. You must be currently enrolled in full-time education with at least 2 years of studies left before graduating
- Strong analytical skills – quantitative as well as qualitative
- Experience with structuring and developing datasets
- Structured and well organized with an eye for quality and details
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office package (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good proficiency in English both in writing and verbal
- You must be currently enrolled in full-time education with at least 2 years of studies left before graduating

As a Student Assistant, Business & Strategy you will be working closely with the Executive Business & Strategy Manager who reports to the CTO in Milestone Systems. Your schedule will be flexible according to your studies. However, we do expect you to work approximately 15-20 hours a week.
