Do you have solid Product Owner experience and want key responsibility within our Hardware Operations team and are you looking for a job where you can get a major impact and fantastic colleagues in an equally super positive and inspiring environment? Then you could be our new Senior Product Manager who will work cross-functionally with other both external and internal interfaces.

Your responsibilities:
We are looking for a profile to challenge and bring new ideas to the table with an open mind for others input as well. Your previous career has taught you to navigate safely in a complex setting with multiple stakeholders and parallel agendas across sites in different countries.

You will have the Product Ownership of primary two things. The calculators which is our primary sales tool to complement the xProtect software and to support our sales of Huskies. It require an interest in sales supporting tools and how Hardware is performing based on the applications and installations. The other are is the xProtect Image that shall be placed in the AWS store.

As you will be the link between stakeholder requirements and colleagues with different professional and cultural backgrounds you must be a very good communicator. Additionally, your CV comprises:

  • Align on MVP (Minimal Viable Product) in epic with PM and understand the scope. Primary responsibility is to ensure that problems is translated into solutions, by collaborating with Product Managers and having feature team define the solution
  • Prioritize Features based on epic prioritization. The Epics are coming both from Product manager as well as Feature teams for Maintenance.
  • Drive/implement epics, both from FT and PM
  • Ensure delivery of the “Product”, so that it is orderable and useable.
  • Drive and motivate a cross functional development structure, to ensure time delivery when applicable.
  • Be responsible for the product requirement, that value that the increment should bring and in terms of maintenance
  • Be a true team player within the Hardware operations team.

As we focus on growing this business line further, you will have the responsibility to manage value engineering in the development phase and to maximize the market requirement fulfillment in balance with the technical and financial limitations to meet our business targets. That means using your ability to balance between Technology requirements, Quality targets, Cost targets and supply chain requirements.

Preferred skills:
To succeed in this job, we would like you to have:

  • Master’s Degree within Computer Science or Engineering
  • Min. five years of experience with project management or product ownership
  • Experience with the electronic appliance or computer industry
  • Experience from Agile development
  • Ability to manage value engineering in the development phase to maximize the market requirement fulfillment
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Full proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Experience from AWS or cloud services

Beside the above requirements, it would be a plus if you have experiences in:

  • Experience in working with sales tools
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience from the surveillance industry
  • Experience from the computer or electronics industry
