Transformation Consultant (SAP)
In your role as a Transformation Consultant (SAP) at Accenture, you will (for example):
- Be an integral part of innovative SAP transformation projects
- Support clients in aligning the business and IT strategies, defining enterprise architecture with SAP lean core and transition plan and C-suite leaders in navigating the investment decision
- Create value-driven ERP strategies to reach concrete business results and link the overall business strategy to the company's functional areas, so that our clients’ business models are aligned with the strategic direction determined by the overall business strategy
- Develop operating model designs connected to SAP operations and execute process redesign for SAP
- Utilize your functional expertise and advise CIO’s and CTO’s in transforming their businesses through analyzing and designing business processes, supported by SAP best practice solutions and other related technologies
- Utilize your Industry expertise in e.g. Retail, CMT, CG&S, Natural Resources, or Public Services in the field of SAP solutions by analyzing business processes, proposing best practices, and advising our clients on SAP in general
- Apply insights and knowledge to help clients navigate in a changing business environment, optimize their business and leverage their talent
- Build roadmaps, KPI frameworks, and design business cases for value realization
- Shape PMO activities to drive the whole transformation
- Create value-driven SAP strategies to reach concrete business results
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to address immediate IT needs, to get the most business value from existing IT investments and to position IT organizations to deliver more business benefits in the future
- Establish expansion strategies from the core SAP towards a further digital strategy and implementation
- Help IT leaders transform the IT function to achieve operational excellence and tight alignment with business strategy

Who we are looking for:
In order to be successful as an SAP consultant, it is recommended that:
- You have sound experience and interest in how for example Cloud, AI, data, or 5G can drive business value and enable change
- You understand the ERP’s interlinkage to processes and capabliites and ultimately to value creation opportunities
- You have solid technology strategy toolkit with Enterprise Architecture, operating model and data architecture skills
- You have experience in change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning, training support and business readiness) could be an advantage
- You have proven ability and experience in designing and implementing functional solutions, with an understanding of integration dependencies, demonstrating good conceptual and analytical skills
- You have a master’s degree in a relevant field
- You are an analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen
- You are ambitious, driven, solution-oriented and eager to start your career in an advisory role
- You have excellent written and oral presentation skills in English
