Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Developer on one of our most important development teams.If this piques your interest, read on!The position You will take responsibility for implementing tasks of medium to high complexity (C#.NET 6, both UI, Math-algorithms, and integration logic) together with the other members of your Scrum team.Later, after learning the ropes, we’d like you to actively contribute to the software architecture and mentor your teammates (3-4 other developers).Project Management responsibility is the other half of the job (the current Project Manager has taken a new role inside 3Shape travelling onwards on his chosen career path). This role consists of stakeholder management where relevant, creating and updating plans, ensuring requirements are documented, and facilitating software releases.You will also be part of the project management leadership team under the solution’s Program Manager.Considering the team size, and our lightweight Project Management model, we expect there will be time to “get your hands dirty” with code even though you will be managing the project.QualificationsWe are looking for a person that matches most of these points:
  • Strong experience in Software Development (experience in C# .NET and related tool stack a big plus).
  • Knowledge in architectural best practices (e.g., SOLID principles).
  • Experience with Agile Software development (we mainly use SCRUM and some Kanban).
  • Experience or education in Project Management within the field of product development.
  • A mindset that thrives in an empowered and collaborative environment.
  • A relevant educational background (or experience) in engineering or natural sciences.
  • Proficiency in English as this is our working language.
