Help shape the future
We are looking for an experienced and sharp IT Product Owner, with working knowledge within global sales processes and the salesforce.com universe. You will set the direction for development of solutions for our salesforce and ensure that business needs are translated to features that add value in the realm of sales operation.
As Product Owner, you will daily meet with specialists and project managers in the sales organization to analyze and co-edit business needs into epics and features. You will also engage and collaborate with other product owners, architects, and agile teams to ensure a scalable, reliable, consistent, and coherent set of solutions that will allow us to accelerate our sales through IT support of both big strategic initiatives and smaller optimizations of daily processes.
You will refer to the Director of Business Application Development and work closely with both IT Product Owners and Managers in the development teams.
Solid solution experience
You have previous experience working as a Product Owner within an Agile methodology and organization, and an educational background in engineering or computer science, or extensive experience working with IT solutions. You have experience working with business stakeholders and IT to define business requirements and translate them to solutions and implementation plans.

your DNA.
• You are extrovert and passionate about solutions improvements and know how they
integrate with business process
• You are structured and capable of setting a clear direction for the team, protecting
and guiding them to solve the right problems You are comfortable operating at
different levels of detail and abstraction, and you speak business with IT and
technology with the Business
• Excellent communication skills and English is at high level both verbally and in writing
Your new team
Your new workplace will be the Milestone HQ in Brøndby, Greater Copenhagen. In Business Application development we are 4 development teams and 4 product owners, with teams located in Denmark and Poland and we are a very diverse group of 30+ people covering more than 9 nationalities in Denmark alone.
