To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a skilled Software Engineer to join our CRM Engineering team, who supports Sales, KYC, Onboarding and Client Services. As our business evolves the focus for the CRM team changes, and we often work for a few months at a time on a project, like for instance the new onboarding portal. You will be reporting to the Engineering Team Lead in charge of CRM and Technical Test teams.

As a Software Engineer, you will participate in the ongoing enhancement and refinement of the CRM system to provide our business users with the best processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of backend solutions to implement advanced business logic through plugins, integrations, apps, and similar using C# .NET
  • Frontend development (React applications and controls) to enhance standard Dynamics 365 functionality
  • Development of data integration capabilities from Dynamics 365 and Power apps to other systems through Azure Service Bus
  • Constantly improve maintainability and quality of code of our solutions
  • Participate in proof of concepts and technical assessments of business requirements

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have gained at least 2 years of full-time experience. You are experienced in C# .Net as well as web-based frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, etc).

As a person, you are proactive, responsible, and quality oriented. You have experience from or are willing to learn to work in a cross-functional product team with POs, BAs, UX specialists and Scrum Master. Furthermore, we expect you to be a dependable and knowledge-sharing team player that cooperates well at all levels of the organization.

As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.

The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in Copenhagen, where the whole CRM team and our other Engineering teams are located.
