If you excel within modern test technologies and want to make an impact beyond the average, this job is your opportunity. Your mission is to take our Advanced Licensing team to the next level within automation and automated testing, and by doing so contribute to delivering on Milestone’s ambitious roadmap towards Continuous Delivery.
Your efforts will directly influence more than 500.000 installations of our leading Video Management Software suite, worldwide. Key responsibility from initial analyses to development, implementation and optimisations
You will be the team’s subject matter expert and take lead in driving higher and earlier adoption of test and automation to reduce cycle time and improve overall reliability. Even though you will become the team’s test expert, the idea is not that you'll work as lone wolf. You'll lead the way but at the same time bring your team colleagues along to maintain the team’s treasured “one for all, all for one” way of working. You will unfold your skills across:
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• System Testing
• Smoke Testing
• Integration Testing
• Interface Testing
• Regression Testing

3+ years of focused experience within software testing, automation and development
We are seeking a team-oriented individual who is dedicated to achieving results and actively participating in team-wide knowledge sharing and feedback sessions. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to personal and collective growth in order to make informed and effective decisions.
Since you shall pave the way, we believe that you have a bit of pioneering spirit with a firm belief that the best solutions are founded on an understanding of the interaction between users and technology. Related to this, you will need your ability to communicate in a way that makes sense to people without your own expertise. Additionally, your resume comprises:
• Minimum 3 years of focused experience within software testing, automation and development
• Experience from implementing at least one test automation solution
• Experience with testing in the cloud and hybrid environments
• Experience with service development in C#/.NET
• Motivation for working in a mature agile setup
• Good English skills, written and spoken

You will join an agile working team of 4 seasoned software engineers from Denmark, Hungary, and Colombia. Our Student Worker is from India. In that way, we mirror the rest of Milestone that is a truly international company. With more than 500.000 installations globally, keywords for our work are stability and dependability. We are especially dedicated to expanding our DevSecOps capabilities, better adoption of automation, and end-to-end testing.
