We are looking for an Application Solutions Architect (SA) to join a small IT team that acts as an important enabler of our business growth through the IT platforms and infrastructure. We are responsible for managing the core application landscape that includes our ERP solution Navision, and our digital BI platform Targit.
Our current IT infrastructure and Application landscape is based on a hosted strategy where it is either hosted by our hosting partner or a SAAS solution. Currently our main focus is on defining the requirements for a new ERP solution and integrations tied to our Navision 2013 and continuously improving our infrastructure and application landscape.
Your responsibilities
Your primary role in the organization will be as a solutions architect, working in-depth with our current ERP platform and the integrations around this solution. You will play a key role in supporting and carrying out the analysis, planning and monitoring the implementation activities, involved in transforming our solutions and processes.
As part of your role in the IT team, you will primarily be focusing on delivery management, which includes:
- Participating in designing and implementing architectural blueprints, and in assessing and advising on technology platform alternatives with a focus on solution architecture
- Participating in solution design for solution architecture models, which could include system integration specifications, data modelling or technical requirement specifications among others.
- Participating in end-to-end solution projects and transformations.
- Participating in modelling and implementing cloud and hybrid-cloud transformation projects.
- Driving knowledge exchange, initiatives, and growth within our team.
- Developing our IT architecture community and practices.
Your qualifications
- Master’s degree within computer science, computer engineering or a comparable technical discipline
- 2-5 years’ experience working as a solution architect, solution designer, software developer or a comparable technical role
- Track record in designing and implementing IT systems in projects, ideally through migration or transformation projects of a certain size and complexity
- Experience working with Navision, ideally backend to occasionally perform dev/ops work.
- Project management skills with a solid understanding of project delivery and the basic principles of both classic and agile project management methods (such as Prince II, SAFe etc.)
- Highly analytical mindset, paired with good consulting and communication skills that enable you to identify and highlight the benefits and consequences of decisions that impact business processes
- Capability to work both independently as well as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- You are a problem solver by heart, passionate about providing service through technology, where you will strive to help your colleagues realize their business goals through IT solutions.
- Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
