We’re excited to welcome a new team member to support our Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers in delivering a top-notch candidate experience. The main part of the role will be supporting with various administrative tasks coordinating all the different steps in the recruitment process. We also see you taking on the responsibility of the full recruitment process including giving assessment feedback to candidates within in a dedicated area of responsibility. This will require you have been certified in our assessment tools.
It is a global role, and you will have stakeholders primarily in our offices in Denmark, United States, Spain, Bulgaria and Singapore.

  • Screen CVs to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview scheduling
  • Administer candidate assessments
  • Conduct online screening calls
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn
  • Provide user support in our recruitment tool, Oracle
  • Compile and analyze recruitment data to drive process improvements
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process in your area of responsibility
