We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics AX Architect to join our NNIT office in Copenhagen (Soeborg). Make your mark on a growing company and position yourself in a versatile and challenging job function with a large degree of responsibility and independency.

Your responsibilities as a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect

As our new MS Dynamics 365 Technical Architect you will play a vital part both in relation to our customers and internally in NNIT. Your experience and personality enable you to handle your stakeholders and influence central decision makers. This will give you the possibility of adding to your own success in NNIT.

You will be the Lead and End-to-End architect on projects, and you are able to think end-to-end solution architecture. You thrive on taking the initiative and actively communicate at different levels, depending on the target audience.

You will drive the design and implementation of large and highly complex customer solutions and transition architectures ensuring effective integration of all solution components.

You will join our Dynamic Application Services team

You will join a fast growing department with about 65 top professional colleagues in both Denmark and the Philippines. NNIT’s offering on Dynamics AX grew significantly in the last couple of years and with acquisition of SCALES in 2017, this area has become a genuine strategic initiative for NNIT, making us one of the biggest Dynamics ERP and CRM houses in Denmark.

The team is responsible for advising our customers on business and technology as well as designing and implementing IT solutions and applications - with top professional colleagues developing and maintaining complex systems for our customers within NNIT’s strategic segments.

Together with your team you have the full responsibility for adding new functionality and features to existing systems within our portfolio. We have long-term agreements with our clients which gives you the opportunity to develop the systems for a longer period based on a deep understanding of the clients’ business needs.

Your qualifications and experience

You have in-depth knowledge within Microsoft Dynamics AX. You are able to translate this knowledge into pragmatic and sustainable solutions of high quality, in accordance with customer requirements. Additionally, you will assist with assessments, estimates and recommendations for the prioritization of change requests and defect fixing.

Your approach is analytical, proactive and pragmatic and you are expected to take ownership of tasks. You challenge and transform business requirements that are not clear, and unambiguous into a concise set of requirements that can be used and traced throughout the implementation phases.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

  • Deep Dynamics 365 (FO/CE) application knowledge
  • At least 5 years of experience within AX development and/or deployment
  • Excellent consulting mind-set coupled with the ability to develop the right solutions by exercising your drive for results
  • Experience with: Performance optimizing from an AX point of view: code and parameters; Dynamics implementation and upgrade: planning and execution; SQL server; Integrations; Workflow systems; ISV implementation and maintenance; Windows OS; Virtualization and IaaS/PaaS/SaaS solutions; Overall infrastructure understanding; Life Cycle Services
  • Experience with working in a global environment with teams in different geography and culture
  • Experience with handling customer interaction in a professional way with a high level of respect for the customer’s requirements; familiar with interacting and supporting international clients
  • You are able to work both in a team and independently and engage with your colleagues, including knowledge sharing. You explain complex issues in a simple way and are motivated by developing others.

You communicate with our international colleagues and customers. Therefore, it is crucial that you are fluent in English both orally and in writing. Good Danish skills will be an advantage.
