COWI is experiencing an increased demand for our IT services from our business. In order to continue the quality of deliverables, we are looking for an SCCM Engineer to our high-performance team.
COWI is involved in the engineering, design and supervision of highways & airports, tunnels, bridges, marine structures, buildings and other areas. COWI combines global presence with local knowledge to solve prestigious infrastructure projects and it has more than 650 dedicated collaborators working in the transportation engineering business.
BE PART OF AN INTERNATIONAL WORK ENVIRONMENT
As a Technical SCCM Engineer, you will become a part of our Digital Workplace team, where SCCM is one of the key systems.
The team you will be a part of, handles the entire SCCM solution for all of COWI, which cover more than 7500 users and more than 70 sites around the world.
We are operating in a challenging environment, where the business is constantly changing and requesting more efficient solutions.This requires cooperation and problem solving with the rest of the 100 colleagues in Group IT, many of them located in Lithuania.
MAINTAINING THE OVERVIEW
As a Technical SCCM Engineer,you will be given tasks on your own as either primary or secondary responsible and will also have other colleagues to share opinions with.
You will be responsible for administration of the SCCM environment and continuous improvement, development and cleanup along with maintaining OS, clients, drivers and monthly software updates. Also, you will be Handling 2nd level incidents and major impact issues and Uphold the security level on workstation clients according to the best practices.
You will be creating, deploying, and maintaining SCCM Task Sequences along with creating Packages for Operating System Deployments (OSD). Here you will Develop & maintain PowerShell scripts for automation tasks and will also be responsible to perform routine system maintenance on SCCM servers and applications as needed. Also, you are expected to be hands on in day to day Administration and providing support to additional SCCM positions in administration and package creation.
As a Technical SCCM Engineer, you should have the ability to train other positions on simpler SCCM operations to ensure team depth and will be responsible to create, update, and delete dynamic and static collections and reports for installation, modification, and removal of applications.
You will maintain disaster recovery capability and procedures for the SCCM environment and thoroughly evaluate, validate, and deploy application packages and validation cases. You will support Microsoft Intune on multiple clients, hereunder enrollment, compliance policies and device policies, and will also be responsible to support project management with technical knowledge during projects and expected to be available/monitor/provide support during patching and maintenance windows.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS CREATE VALUE

- Administrating an SCCM environment
- Patching of hardware and software
- OS maintenance (Windows 10 focus), including hardening and security
- Software packaging, scripting with PowerShell
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills of client issues
- SCCM Reporting
- Ability to work independently and most important have team working skills
- Active Directory experience
- BitLocker experience
- Ability to work independently and have team working skills
Additionally, we would prefer if you have the below qualification and experience:
- ITILv3 (Primarily Incident and Change processes)
- Technical experience with Microsoft Intune, including co-management of SCCM
- Technical experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud DP
- Technical experience with hardware maintenance
- Software Central application experience from Mansoft
Furthermore, you can relate to the following:
- You are fluent in written and oral Danish, preferably it is your mother tongue
- You have excellent written and oral English language skills
