We are looking for a dedicated professional to develop a foundational enterprise AI model tailored for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) professionals, alongside an advanced AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

To lead this transformation, we are developing a foundational enterprise AI model tailored specifically for the AEC professionals, alongside an state-of-the-art, AI-powered SaaS platform.
Role Overview
As a Digital Value Chain Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing a comprehensive data warehouse architecture that will transform raw data sources into refined, high-quality datasets. These data warehouses will be engineered with advanced analytics and data science features, serving as the foundation for training an enterprise AI model.
AI-powered, full-stack development isn’t just a trend, it’s a transformative force reshaping the digital landscape in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction. In this role, you will blend creativity with analytical insight, learning and applying cutting-edge principles to enhance the digital value chain. The platform empowers engineers and technical professionals to drive sustainable productivity improvements, accelerate decision-making, and strengthen their companies’ competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
Data Warehouse Development & Maintenance

- Design, develop, and implement digital value chain strategies, tools, and AI advancements to enhance data architecture.
- Build and maintain data extraction pipelines, sustaining data layers and logic on AWS and Databricks.
- Establish metrics to ensure data integrity throughout the data warehouse supply chain.
- Manage the end-to-end digital supply chain for the data warehouse, from data uploading and assignment to annotation review and approval, ensuring clear visibility into labeling performance and dataset development.
Data warehouse Digital Production & Planning

- Analyze reality capture data from construction and infrastructure sites to accurately forecast production requirements.
- Oversee financial planning, aligning digital data warehouse activities with business profitability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize data processing with both short-term and long-term development objectives.
- Participate in project scoping and reporting meetings, taking ownership of the data warehouse and navigating a complex stakeholder landscape independently.
Project Management and Final Deliverables

- Regularly assess data processing workflows to identify and implement efficiency and quality improvements.
- Apply quality management principles to elevate operational standards and ensure compliance.
- Lead initiatives to optimize data processing, integrating innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
- Manage projects focused on digital value chain improvements, ensuring timely and successful delivery of objectives.
- Support teams in adopting new systems and processes, providing training, resources, and guidance as needed.
- Prepare and present project reports and analytics, highlighting contributions to ’s strategic goals.
