About the job We have an exciting opportunity for a tech savvy and data driven candidate to join our Capacity Planning, cLEAN & Finance team where you will help drive and optimise the way we analyse and visualise our business needs. As Business Analyst you will help initiate, develop, and implement digital solutions to optimise processes and data management within our area that supports many diverse projects. You will proactively identify better practices for visualising data and create improvements for our data gathering processes through e.g., Business Intelligence and Power Platform. The position As a key role in the team, your main tasks will include: Identifying opportunities to optimise and develop data management and digitalise processes within our project and portfolio management area. Contribute to developing data structure and processes to ensure transparent project and portfolio overviews. Leveraging BI tools to extract and structure data from various sources, providing the basis to take informed decisions. Developing data visualisations and converting data into insights, comparing data across the project portfolio. Qualifications A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Engineering, Computer Science or similar and have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Power Platform Development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and present complex, high volumes of data from various sources Experienced in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI), Alteryx/Tableau, MS Office (Excel and Power Point) or equivalent Business Intelligence tools. Experience with Planisware and/or other project management systems will be preferable. Experience with data management related to project portfolio management will be an advantage. Fluency in written and spoken English. As a person, you are comfortable proactively taking initiative and have a strong personal drive and dedication with a ‘can-do’ attitude, while also being able to present data in an easy-to-understand manner. You are curious about the processes and people you work with and have a strong desire to learn new things, demonstrating attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

As part of Oral Product Development (OPDEV) you make a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop and formulate all new processes coming out of our research units in our pilot plants, ensuring that we bring best-in-class treatments to the market. The Oral Product Development is an area within Emerging Technologies that employs approximately 700 highly skilled people in Måløv. Our focus is to develop and manufacture solid dose tablets for pre-clinical and clinical trial phases I, II and III covering a broad and exciting range of process technologies for solid dosage forms.
