Guess what! You have found the right place! We want to invite a new Software Manager to lead our Research & Development team.
You manage 48 super skilled SW colleagues
In your new job, you will be the pivotal anchor point for 48 software engineers located in Middelfart and Poland. You will be responsible for the entire team in Denmark and Poland and have a local team leader in Poland to handle the daily management.

In order to be able to perform in your new position, we imagine that you probably have a degree at MSc level within software engineering, computer science or equivalent - combined with years of experience working with software development and leadership.
Management values such as respect, care and an eye for constantly counselling and guiding employees in the direction of professional and personal growth, are super important for us – and we hope to see this in you from day one.
The rest of the R&D management team which exist of 10 managers - including you - are looking forward to welcoming you to the team and hearing your input on how we should set the strategy for our development department going forward.
