We are looking for an inspiring and experienced scrum master to work with our dedicated product teams in Core Solutions situated in Middelfart. As our new scrum master, you will take part in our exciting CRM/ERP journey accelerating our world class commercial bunker business.

About the role
As scrum master, you are responsible for facilitating discussions, decision-making and problem-solving. You are a servant leader that set the optimal frame for the team to succeed within, and you know exactly when to support and nurse the processes around the team. You orchestrate scrum events and promote active participation, engaging all team members to ensure everyone is working towards the set goals aligned with the product owner. Your responsibilities are:
We do commercial business worldwide and the IT department is distributed in multiple Danish locations as well as in Athens. Your role also encompasses helping bridge the gap across different locations, cultures and time zones.

As our new Scrum Master we imagine you have excellent communications skills and a passion for what you do founded on qualifications like:
On a personal level, you are eager to learn about new trends within the agile space and to share what you know with others in the team and the programme. You value talking about technical subjects with developers and architects and convey the essence of the dialogues to product owners and other stakeholders.

- Facilitate agile practices
- Guide the team to ensure goals of sprints are met
- Coach the team to communicate openly and to collaborate
- Engage with other scrum masters in community of practice

About you
As our new Scrum Master we imagine you have excellent communications skills and a passion for what you do founded on qualifications like:
- Scrum Master certification and 2-5 years of agile experience working with multiple teams
- Understanding of software development and functional requirements
- Dedication towards mentoring and coaching teams in agile mindset and practices
- Apply a growth mindset to your peers (inspire, challenge and initiate)
- Degree within information technology, business administration or relevant working experience
On a personal level, you are eager to learn about new trends within the agile space and to share what you know with others in the team and the programme.
