In Core Solutions, you will work alongside 21 international colleagues – all experts in their own field and all dedicated to improving our digital services for the Bunker Holding traders. Our wish is to make a real difference within the business, so we collaborate closely to map out business processes and requests from our traders and find improvement opportunities.
We work in an agile set-up with Scrum-by-the-book, and our Scrum teams ooze empowerment while making room for a good laugh with one another.
”Also, you’ll be part of our scrum master Community of Practice – a group of like-minded colleagues sharing knowledge and building on their skill sets. That way, we ensure that you’ll keep growing professionally,” explains Kirsten.
Shape the agile future of the company
Together with our other scrum masters, your responsibility will be to foster and encourage an agile mindset and behaviour as we build the different solutions for our traders.
You will guide the team to ensure that goals of sprints are met, driving efficient collaboration and encouraging colleagues to communicate openly.
Your day-to-day tasks consist primarily of facilitating our agile practices, such as the following:

A unifying role
As a highly skilled communicator, you find great motivation in discussing technical subjects with developers and architects and conveying the essence to stakeholders in an understandable language.
As such, your style of communication focuses on transparency and knowledge-sharing, making sure that all aspects of the projects are aligned.
As a Scrum Master, you will be seen as an expert within your field. Needless to say, you already have several years of agile experience working with multiple teams.

- Sprint planning
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint reviews
- Retrospectives
- Product delivery
