Continia Software is one of the world’s leading suppliers of Microsoft Dynamics add-on solutions for invoice and payment management. Our solutions have been sold and implemented throughout the world by our extensive network of 800+ partners for more than 25 years.
With the introduction of Continia apps for Business Central Cloud, we embarked on a journey towards an entire new way of acquiring our solutions and a new way for our Partners to offer our solutions to their customers.
To help us facilitate this journey, we are now looking for a person who can assist our cloud customers and Partners in getting the most out of their solutions.
The overall purpose for our new Cloud Success Consultant is to help our cloud customers get the full potential of their Continia cloud solutions. This means a person who is highly motivated by engaging with people and help them to get started using their new solutions.
As a person, you must be proactive and extrovert, and you are motivated by helping others succeed with their businesses by implementing smart administrative routines. The more end customers utilize our cloud solutions, the more success you get in this role.
We are looking for a person who can work structured and disciplined. Your working hours might vary at times, as we have partners and end customers all over the world – from New Zealand to North America. We ensure you have the possibility to work with flexible hours so you can facilitate partners and customers from all over the world in their specific time zone, as well as your own life.
You will be referring to our Partner Program Manager, who will ensure you have the right knowledge about our organization and solutions. Profound knowledge within ERP-systems is not a requirement, however, we do expect that you can quickly learn new systems and obtain knowledge quickly.

As our Cloud Success Consultant your job tasks will be:
- Based on data – reach out to relevant partners and end customers, that need a helping hand succeeding with our solutions.
- Together with the partner or end customer troubleshoot basic configurations and assist the customer in how to perform basic processes.
- Follow up on customers, to make sure they stay on course according to your performance guidance.
- Report to the Partner Account Manager before and after your efforts on a specific case.
- Facilitate contact and actions internally to support and development to address general issues
How do you succeed in this position?
We believe that candidates with the following skill set and experience will be successful in this role:
- High level linguistic skills, both written and spoken, primarily in English and Danish
- German language skills will be appreciated as well
- Open-minded and extrovert – thriving in a job role where you speak with people from all over the world.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to quickly understand new business processes within software and communicate them in a simple, straightforward fashion.
