Job description:
As a software developer at RTX you will be assigned to one of our many teams. Here you will work in a strong team-oriented professional network handling a range of products and be part of all product stages.
You will be part of designing, implementing and debugging DSP solutions for our headsets and other devices.
Qualifications:
You must be able to work well in a team, but must also be able to work independently when needed. We expect you are flexible and show high responsibility for own tasks. You must be methodical in the approach for problem solving and must have focus on quality of delivered results.

Job description:

You will be part of designing, implementing and debugging DSP solutions for our headsets and other devices.
- New development, maintenance, and support of DSP solutions.
- Research, document, and troubleshoot technical issues with software and implementation.
- Analyze/Evaluate and integrate third party systems in our embedded platform.
- Analyze system performance, and design and implement solutions for optimization.
- Trouble shooting / Bug fixing.
Qualifications:
You must be able to work well in a team, but must also be able to work independently when needed. We expect you are flexible and show high responsibility for own tasks. You must be methodical in the approach for problem solving and must have focus on quality of delivered results.
- Hands on experience with C/C++ and Spyder or MATLAB.
- Proficient in signal processing coding in one or more of MATLAB, C, C++, Python.
- Proven Technical skills to generate and deliver creative problem solutions.
- Ability to work in team and independently.
- Structured and ability to manage tasks and projects independently with urgency.
- Excellent English written and oral communications skills.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related experience.
