We are currently searching for a software developer in Europe. You should have a university level degree in computer science, and some years professional coding experience.
Your actual experience can vary, as we have a lot of upcoming tasks that we need more hands for. Here are some of the types of skills we are looking for:
We will work with you to create the perfect position for you. We have tasks involving development, project management, presale support, trade show presence, and many more, that you will be able to choose more tasks from.
You need to be self motivated and able to work independently. When working for us, you will get very simple descriptions of the tasks. It will be your job to figure out what the customer and their users really need, and implement this. For this reason, very good english skills are required, because you will need to solve problems that are not completely defined
This is a demanding position. Our developers are so good that we don’t need to manage their tasks directly. You will need to demonstrate that you can work on your own on the tasks and seek help when necessary – you will meet no micro management here, unless you are on a project where the customer performs this. But with a lot of freedom comes a lot of responsibility. Make sure you are ready for this responsibility.
The common company language is English, so you need to be able to both speak, read and write it reasonably well. We do have English classes available for all employees, but this is only supposed to be for improving.
