We are searching for a Cloud Architect to join our Software team in Odense.
You will join an international team with a passion for innovation and new technology. The software team develops the underlying platform for QuadSAT’s advanced technology, striving to become market leaders in the test and measurement industry. Moving forward the software team will further enhance the SaaS offerings. In this role you will be a key contributor in the scaling of our system, providing you with a real opportunity to influence the future of our product.

About QuadSAT
QuadSAT is a Danish company founded in 2017 that supplies drone-based antenna testing and tracking solutions to the satellite, defence, wireless and broadcast markets. QuadSAT’s system combines advanced drone technology with a custom RF pointing payload. As a compact system, it is transported directly to site and when launched as a mission it will provide customers with insitu testing capabilities, resulting in a cost-effective, operationally flexible, and timesaving solution.

In this role you will be a key contributor in the scaling of our system, providing you with a real opportunity to influence the future of our product.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role are to help design, prototype and implement the next version of our SaaS.
This includes:
- Assisting in designing a new system architecture for our solution.
- Helping design and implement a scalable cloud platform to enrich our customer with direct and dynamic measurements access.
- Work with cloud-based deployment.
- Making sure that all stakeholders have support when using the system.
- Ensure IoT connectivity and data sharing from our assets (primarily drones) to the cloud.
- Assist in maintaining and managing our current software solution.
Knowledge & Skills
- Have 3+ years of experience with secure cloud architecture design and deployment
- Have 3+ years of experience in web application development
- Have experience with both back-end and front-end development.
- Have experience working with distributed systems, HTTP and APIs.
- Understands the need to be working with both design and implementation.
- Experience with, or interest, in data processing or data engineering is considered an advantage.
- Are a self-starter, able to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Have a genuine interest in new technology and innovation, and a strong passion to be part of taking our solution to the next level.
- English is our company language, so we expect you to be fluent in English (both oral and written).
- The team currently works with QT and Python, so knowledge of these is desirable. The future tech stack is not fully determined yet however, so we are open to other competencies.
