We develop the coolest automated industrial robots in the world and due to our talented and skilled group of employees and not least an outstanding team effort, we have positioned ourselves as a market leader within our field of expertise.
You will enter a new exciting position in our Technical Communication team that today consists of 6 skilled employees. In the role as eLearning Developer you will be responsible for co-developing our MiR Academy, thus if you have a background in web-design it will be a big plus. You will be based at our HQ in Odense and report to our Technical Communication Manager.
You will contribute to the continued development and maintenance of our e-learning modules and e-learning system platform.
As we are a fast-growing company, development is of course happening at a high pace. This means that you will be part of a highly dynamic team where you will have to juggle multiple projects while still meeting ambitious quality goals and deliver on time.

Focus on communication and high quality
In this job you will
- collaborate with the rest of the Technical Communication team on the continuous development of content and graphic design of our e-learning platform.
- cooperate closely with Subject Matter Experts across the organization, in particular the Technical Support team, Software and Hardware Development teams and Compliance team to ensure the content meets specifications and safety requirements
- cooperate with UX Designers and Marketing to ensure clear and consistent communication to the markets
- collect feedback from colleagues and distributors around the globe to evaluate if the material has the right level of simplicity or complexity for the end-users
About you
Professional competencies
- You have professional experience with technical communication
- You have experience with instructional design or development of technical content for interactive e-learning.
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in web-design, communication or alternatively in computer or information science or related fields
- Experience with software development or web design is also welcomed
- Strong English communication skills as English is our source language
Personal qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Curious of nature and comfortable with technology, not afraid to go and play with the robots yourself
- Self-motivated and a strong collaborator
- Passionate about communicating technical subject matter to different audiences
- You thrive in a dynamic, international environment where deadlines can be tight, and everyone gives their best to reach the goals
