Inrotech is a spinoff from Odense Steel Shipyard, which was leading in use of welding robots. We are producing welding robot solutions for shipyards, offshore and other heavy industries. Our solutions differ from traditional robot systems in several unique ways. We are currently experiencing an increasing order intake and therefore seeking new employees. Inrotech has gone through the transformation phase from entrepreneur to a professional company, but with focus on keeping the informal and creative atmosphere together with the strong team spirit. Job Description
Inrotech has over the last 10 years gone from entrepreneurial startup to a more professional company and established its name on the market for welding robot for shipyards and heavy industry. The backbone of Inrotechs success is the unique software solutions that have been developed over the years. We are currently experiencing a rapid growth with many new orders especially from the wind industry. Therefore, we are searching for new robot/software engineers to help us develop our advanced technologies.

The software department in Inrotech has 12 dedicated colleagues. You will be working in a smaller team, programming state of the art robot and welding software of the future:

  • Specification and planning of the development phases.
  • Program in C++
  • Close collaboration with our welders and designers
  • Be part of the design phase to help shape the hardware
  • Write unit tests
  • Write code documentation
  • Conduct tests and trial runs of robot systems in our workshop
  • Online follow up on implementation, handle errors and support clients and our technicians around the world.

Professional Profile (preferred skills)

  • Experienced with C++
  • Experienced with Git
  • Experience with robot programming (algorithms, data structures, transformations, etc.).
  • Experience with structuring large software projects, implement and test code, and error handling.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience with robot systems (Fanuc, Kuka, UR).
