The Position As our new Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving insights to aid our management team in making informed, data-driven business decisions. Your responsibilities will involve delving into diverse datasets, focusing on patients & prescription insights to uncover key trends, behavioural insights, and untapped opportunities that inform actionable strategies. Additionally, you will support the team in driving data handling, automation, and management, utilizing existing structured data assets in our commercial data platform (Snowflake). You'll also manage and perform data ETL on new data sources or out-of-system data. We expect you to build identified business logics, connect various data assets to prepare for insights generation, and automate processes consisting of data collection, enhancement, and sharing. Your innovative mindset and focus on continuously improving and developing analytical tools will be key assets in this role. Qualifications The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic business context, has a "get things done" attitude via both formal and informal channels, demonstrated by a track record of successful business results. Team-orientation and the ability to break down complex insights problems into simple communication, as well as driving strong communication with the Line of Business, are essential for this role.
In addition, the candidate should:
  • Have proficiency level in data analytics and insights generation with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, strong working knowledge of SQL and basic experience with Python, hands-on experience with a visualization tool preferably Power BI.
  • Demonstrate technical understanding of data management systems; experience with Snowflake, CDP and CRM knowledge is a plus (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
  • Have experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements during a digital solution development project, preferably utilizing agile methods
  • Have proficiency level in working with complex data from multiple sources and possess strong data processing knowledge, including familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
  • Be curious, creative, and innovative mind capable of designing, developing, and implementing new initiatives, combined with exceptional learning and problem-solving abilities, with strong English language and presentation skills.
