Become part of the Licence Server and DMS Team
As a Backend Developer at Kamstrup, you will be part of a fast-growing, international software development team in Spain. You will work according to the scrum methodology in a tight-knit department of around 15 team players consisting of software developers, software architects, UX designers, Product Owners, Testers, and Security engineers from both Malaga, Spain, and Denmark. We believe in an integrated approach, where every team member is involved in all steps of the software development lifecycle.
A job that focuses on the latest technologies in .NET software development
With direct reference to Head of System Service Development, you will as Software Developer have a central role to the solution and technical design of Kamstrup’s Licence Server, which enables software licenses to our customers. Furthermore, through the DMS project you will ensure automated delivery notes to some of our biggest customers.
More specifically, your primary tasks include:
• Develop and contribute to all areas of the DMS and Licence Server products - from design to deployment aligned with system requirements and the great practices in the Software Department.
• Analyse and design features needed to support the business and help ensure that every application and service with a need for software licenses can integrate to Licence Server.
• Develop new delivery formats and ensure support for new customers, who has a need for electronic delivery notes.
• Involve yourself in collaboration activities with the team such as code reviews and scrum meetings.
• Be a constructive and accommodating sparring partner for other colleagues with a focus on software services.
• Be part of a self-organised international department, where we help each other out across teams.
You can expect 5-10 travel days per year. Primarily to Kamstrup headquarters in Denmark.
Personality matters
You have a background in computer science and a few years of experience as a Software Developer, which is why you consider yourself an expert within .NET and Azure. Moreover, you are driven by your passion for agile software development and willingness to learn as well as adopt new technologies.
It is a requirement that you have solid experience with:
• .NET/C#
• Azure cloud
• Non-relational Database (CosmosDB)
• Designing REST based web API
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD
It will be considered as an advantage:
• Web development using REACT.js and TypeScript
• IaC with terraform
• Identity and Access Management
• Security concerns, e.g., OWASP, hashing, TLS, encryption, XSS
• SCRUM Framework
It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently.
