Right now, we are looking for a Dynamics CRM Application Consultant who wants to become a lean anchor in our IT organisation and wants to take our current CRM solution to another level. To do so being good at stakeholder management is KEY. From the very beginning you will be an essential part of one of our global CRM implementation projects.
The most important factor is that you have a willingness to learn and an interest in Marketing CRM seen from a system point of view.
Join our Solutions Delivery department – Located in Global IT
You will be joining our Global IT Organization which has more than 400 employees with main hubs in Denmark, Poland, US and Asia Pacific region. This organisation plays an essential role when it comes to reaching the business goals of Demant.
You will join Solutions Delivery, in Hearing Care IT, which is responsible for developing and maintaining our online applications for our hearing clinics around the world. The team consists of 9 employees and 1 manager, and you will work together with Architects, Application consultant and Developers.
Take on the role
Taking on the role you will:
- Act as “Application Steward”. You will be in charge of integrations and take charge of the application administration.
- Work with test automation. This means that you will drive the test cases and make the functional screening of the solution.
- Work with functional designs in cooperation with our architects.
- Act as 3rd level support and report/approve possible incidents. This includes communication with our infrastructure team.
- Take part in SCRUM meetings.
- Finally, you will also take part in the implementation of Dynamics CRM around the world.
Your most important stakeholders will be our Business Process Owners, Business Consultants, IT Infrastructure & Operations and of course our Architects also from Hearing Care IT.
Understand the technical language and our business needs
To be successful in the role you must be capable of speaking with our developers but also able to understand the different needs from the business. This means that you should be interested in the technical aspects of the applications, but it is equally important that you thrive in being close to the business and that you see yourself as being the coordinating and planning force between various stakeholders from different parts of the organization as well as external vendors.
Having experience from an IT application environment (maybe within a retail company) will be an advantage.
Maybe you have a bachelor or master’s degree either from CBS, DTU or ITU with a focus on IT or engineering. Apart from that you probably have some years of experience from a global IT enterprise environment.
When it comes to personal skills you have strong stakeholder management skills and focusing on the user experience and being able to put yourself in the user’s situation comes natural to you. Finally, you are service-minded and communicate easily with colleagues at all levels.
