You will be part of the Enterprise Architecture team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture & Data Governance Management, and serving as the Lead Enterprise Architect in our Infrastructure, Security & Platforms Organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders across our global IT organization, working from our headquarters in Smørum, Denmark.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage Infrastructure Strategy – Align IT infrastructure with business goals and ensure our technology landscape is resilient and future-ready
- Enhance Business Value – Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical, effective architectural solutions
- Manage IT Transformation – Design and implement roadmaps for transitioning to modern optimized, scalable and compliant platforms and Infrastructure
- Ensure Architectural Integrity – Evaluate vendor solutions, streamline IT processes, and optimize technology landscape to improve performance and cost-efficiency
- Facilitate architecture awareness and collaboration – ensuring consistency and synergy across all aspects of architecture (business, data, applications, technology) and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
You are a strategic thinker with practical hands-on skills, who understands that effective architecture is measured by the business value it enables. We expect you to have:
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture in a global enterprise context
- Proficient business understanding and the ability to balance technical considerations with business needs and processes
- Experience working with Application Development & Maintenance teams
- Broad knowledge in IT infrastructure, solution design, IT operations, security and cloud technologies (Preferably MS Azure)
- Experience in IT transformation and modernization of infrastructure and platform landscapes
- An engaged and proactive mindset – keen to grow, innovate, and lead change
- A team-oriented approach – comfortable engaging with stakeholders across IT and business units
- Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills
