We are looking for Operations Specialist with knowledge of desktop management domain to join our SCCM Operations.
Work will be placed during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, there are no on-call duties and no night or weekend shifts.

We are looking for Operations Specialist with knowledge of desktop management domain to join our SCCM Operations.

Your responsibilities
- Participate in the daily operations of incident, service and change request management on various SCCM desktop management environments
- MSI packages creation/deployment, system implementations
- SCCM/MDT/ADK/SWC/OS/SQL and related technologies patching and upgrades
- Advanced troubleshooting
- Manage client solutions using GPO
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization
- Automatization and optimization of processes
- Create documentation of operations and service
You can also expect to:
- Be involved /help on different projects
- Ensure the documentation is in compliance with requirements for regulated industries (public or pharmaceutical sector)
- Act as a sparring partner for your colleagues in operations with focus on optimizing and troubleshooting
Your qualification and experience:
- You have experience from a similar position working with SCCM, Intune, Windows Server 2008/12/16, Desktop operating system Windows 7/8/10, O365, MS Azure, SQL server reporting and MSI packages
- You have experience with client management solutions (GPO)
- Experience working with MAC environment is more than welcomed
- You are fluent in English
More details on what skills and knowledge are we looking for:
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager CB
- Strong experience working within Microsoft SCCM to stage software for delivery – including:
- Creation of packages/applications, programs/deployment types, collections and advertisements/deployments
- OSD: Task Sequences, Driver packages, WinPE/ADK, PXE
- Deep knowledge of image creation using DISM/ImageX/MDT
- OS/MS Office/Software Updates management
- Advanced troubleshooting (ability to effectively work with SCCM logs, etc.)
- SCCM/SQL reporting
- Deep knowledge/experience with Configuration Baselines
Windows 7/8/10
- Deep knowledge of the Windows Operating System – including the registry, file system, UAC, profile management, etc.
Scripting
- Scripting knowledge of PowerShell/Batch/VBscript
- .NET/Java programming skills are more than welcomed
