Are you an outgoing Service Engineer and do you know the value of great customer support? Do you like working with MS SQL Database and are you experienced in TCP/IP Networks? Would it be thrilling for you to become a part of a highly specialized team, where you will be the expert in supporting our customers in our software solutions? Then you may be our new Service Engineer.
We offer a position in our Service Team EMEA where you will be one of our main capacities within our own software, PLIS. Furthermore, you will ensure that our colleagues worldwide are competent to support our customers within PLIS solutions. You will participate in different project teams and work closely together with committed colleagues - all highly specialised within their professional field. In collaboration with your colleagues, you meet customer expectations and manage professional technical challenges and deadlines. The Service team operates on a global scale, and you will therefore work in an international environment with high demands for documentation, innovation and LEAN thinking.
IT capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
You will be highly involved in installing, testing and supporting our customers on our IT solutions as part of a project or as part of a Service Agreement with the customer. You will have a natural interaction with our software team where you also will be part of the development phases to ensure you the best knowledge to support our customers the optimal way as well as applying your customer experience into our solutions. Other responsibilities will be:
We offer an independent and challenging job where you will have more parallel tasks running at a time both as part of a project delivery and delivering service to our customer. Since our activities are Global, you must expect travelling approximately 50 days a year.
Quality on time
Your trademark is structure, high quality and reliability in all your activities and processes. You hold a background from IT support, Electronics Mechanic, or similar. Most importantly, you have a natural interest in IT, and your communication skills makes you an excellent link between the Sotware Programmer and the end-user/operator. You are self-driven and capable of handling several tasks at the same time. You enjoy solving tasks in cooperation with colleagues and customers, and you take responsibility for the joint outcome. Last, but not least, you need to be outgoing and able to communicate well with customers and suppliers in English both in speech and in writing

- Test and commissioning of our solutions at the customer
- Installing and Servicing AGRAMKOW solutions on-site
- Remote 2nd Level Support
- Training and education of colleagues and of the client's employees
