Are you passionate about Modern Workplace services and how to unleash the capabilities of the Microsoft 365 suite? Then join SDC, Workplace Services as our new Modern workplace Architect. You will be a part of a department consisting of 16 talented colleagues situated in Ballerup and Warsaw.
In the M365 team we are on a journey to deliver more of Microsoft services to our customers and internally in SDC. We have been on an exciting journey transforming and implemented services to get the most out of M365. We’re running a strategical project where we together with colleagues in SDC and our customers over the next years will define, shape and release new services on top of Microsoft standard services with high focus on adopting business critical demands to provide the best possible solutions together with Organizational Implementation where needed.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Modern Workplace Architect, you know the capabilities of the Microsoft 365 suite and you use your expertise to translate our customers' needs into clear advice and technical design. You are able to communicate on different levels to get a clear view on the customer's request. You are passionate for and understand common workplace challenges and can build creative solutions using the varied tools at your disposal. Further your responsibilities will include;

As a Modern Workplace Architect, you know the capabilities of the Microsoft 365 suite and you use your expertise to translate our customers' needs into clear advice and technical design. You are able to communicate on different levels to get a clear view on the customer's request. You are passionate for and understand common workplace challenges and can build creative solutions using the varied tools at your disposal. Further your responsibilities will include;
- Advise the customer on the right solution for their situation, calling on your extensive experience and your understanding of their business.
- Facilitate and participate in customer meetings and analyze customer business requirements and align it with M365 capabilities and translate requirements into solution designs
- Develop and review concise and accurate documentation including architectural design plans, requirements specifications, solution designs, knowledge guides, and standard operating procedures
- Support the Project Manager in development and maintenance of Project Plans and Schedules, Test Plans, and Acceptance Criteria for implementation of services and capabilities of Office 365
- Support Office 365 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of all components enabled in the Office 365 Tenant. And ensure acceptance Criteria’s for implementation of services and capabilities of M365.
Your qualifications:
In parallel to simply being an awesome colleague we also value these qualifications;
- Higher education (IT, cand. merc., engineer or the like)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and navigate effectively in writing and orally with both internal and customer stakeholders in multiple levels
- Experience in delivering cloud services in a multi-vendor setup to customers in a regulated industry, preferably the financial sector.
- You are a natural leader, coaching customers and other members of the SDC team. And work closely with different stakeholders, both internal and external
- Native language Danish - and/or another Scandinavian language. And advanced skills in English, writing and speech
- Documented experience with M365 (with one or more of M365 services) and Microsoft cloud
- Expertise with the integration of M365 with 3rd party security and application tools
