In SDC Digital Channels, we provide critical banking solutions, personalized for our customers. We are about to roll out the entire platform and we need your help. As our new Senior Software Tester, you will be part of our journey from platform vision to final delivery, of our digital banking solutions.
Ambitions are high and you will work with talented and motivated colleagues in a creative yet focused atmosphere, where the tone of the conversation is informal and relaxed.
We want to increase customer satisfaction among more than 2.5 million end-users. We have an out-side-in focus in the daily work. We include end-users in prototyping and testing before shipping features to the market. Using an ebank app and web is relevant for many people. We are busy with very exciting features in both app and web and we need more manpower!
Our Test team take lead of planning, designing, executing, and reporting software tests. You will part of a team of 4 experienced team members in Denmark. All team members are part of our cross-functional squads consisting of Product Owners, Testers/Q&A, Architects, backend developers and frontend developers.
It is expected that you are fluent in Danish and English and have a good understanding of Norwegian and Swedish.
We are searching for a Senior Software tester to take on a Lead responsability and urge you to apply as soon as possible, since interviews will be scheduled on an ongoing basis.
Your responsibilities
Supporting our agile process with quality. You will participate in refinement and grooming sessions together with team members from your squad. You will review business / software requirements and provide inputs.
In development you will join daily standups. You will support and provide test data to developers while preparing test cases. When a feature is ready for review you will – together with the Product owner and developer - execute manual tests and instantly report defects and assist in understanding the issue. Automated tests will be handled by our 3 colleagues in the Q&A team in Poland.
Doing our system/integrations test our testers take lead on regression test and make sure that the quality of application fit to the end-user’s expectations.

We expect you to be passionate about testing and always striving to deliver quality to the highest standard. You are a curious and quick learner, and you enjoy converting complex business problems into simple, clean, test scenarios. You believe in risk-based test. With a clear understanding of what an Excellent Customer Experience is all about, you always have the end-user perspective in mind.
You will ensure high quality and raise your hand if you see a critical issue in our applications. You know about Finance and can easily navigate in business needs – and within a modern platform.
The role is based in Denmark and you will be working from our office in Ballerup.
