IAM Lead Architect to TDC NET – Copenhagen or Aarhus
TDC NET is ambitious about safeguarding their business and critical infrastructure, and to ensure this, they invest heavily in building new frameworks and solutions. At the same time, TDC NET is in the middle of transforming their business processes and technologies that will be guiding for new ways of working and a customer-centric approach.
As part of the transformation, TDC NET has established an independent unit for Identity & Access Management (IAM) that will comprise eight experienced profiles in technologies such as PING, PAM, and Omada that collaborate with a number of external consultants.
In this newly established role as Lead Architect, you will head the technical roadmap and decisions for the IAM platform and with the aspiration to develop a state-of-the-art platform that is scalable and automated. You will report to the Head of IAM and work out of TDC NET’s headquarter in Copenhagen or from the Aarhus office. Please note, we are open for international profiles willing to relocate to Denmark.
About the job
As Lead Architect your responsibilities will cover various tasks, all related to decisions and architectural solutions. You will be responsible for the technical roadmap, where you will have technical ownership of the applications. A key goal will be to have full overview of the development activities, to ensure that the IAM platform operates as one solution, and that business requirements are translated at a high-level to technical solutions. You will join TDC NET at a stage, where there will be plenty of room to influence critical technology decisions that need to be made.
Specifically, your tasks will cover:
You cannot achieve your goals alone, and you will be supported by technical IAM specialists, a Product Owner that handles the stakeholder management and prioritization of the backlog, Scrum Masters, external consultants, and the Head of the team.
About you
You are excited about transformation and change, and this you combine with experience in IAM development and implementation. Today, you may work as Developer with some design experience, and you are now motivated tot moving into architecture. You have participated in or headed IAM implementation projects and have experience with implementation of identity lifecycle management processes and access management processes. You combine your IAM experience with general knowledge about security concepts.
As a person, you are communicative and convincing, with the ability to adapt your communication to suit the target audience. You are comfortable interacting with both technical resources and the business and get them to buy-in on your solutions. It is natural for you to take lead. In your work, you are analytical and organized, with the ability to keep an overview and prioritize between projects.

- Orchestration and integration between IAM related technologies (PING, PAM and Omada) and IAM architecture.
- Alignment between IAM applications and architecture with industry guidelines, best practices, and management approved standards.
- Guidance to technology teams with technical solution design and implementation.
- Guidance to the implementation onboarding and maintenance process of applications using IAM technologies.
- Advisory and support to the business about utilization of the IAM-platform.
- Participation in implementation of identity lifecycle management processes and access management processes.
