Your role will be to create and embed an impact tool that enables Wondrous to quantitatively prove the value of our work, aligned to the key business metrics that matter to our clients. You will work on a contract basis with our internal team (our junior Data Analyst and our Head of Product) to create this proprietary tool using new and existing data gathered from our clients.
You will begin by creating a robust project plan, this is likely to start with gathering data before the build, test and implementation of the tool. You will then be responsible for delivering all aspects of the project including data collection, data analysis, tool creation and data presentation.
Ultimately the outputs of the tool will enable us to demonstrate our value, that will in turn drive our future business growth and success. This tool needs to be launched in approximately 3 months.
You will be successful in this role if:
• You have deep and broad experience of working with people data, particularly an appreciation for the challenges with gathering and analysing this type of data from large corporate organisations
• You have a keen awareness of GDPR and other data regulations
• You are highly proficient in statistical programming (ideally R and R Studio)
• You can translate Wondrous needs into what is technically required to create a unique and market leading impact tool
Ideally we would like somebody based in the UK, but open to remote working. Screening will ideally take place face to face, but video interviews can also be arranged. We are open to finishing the project quicker, if you are more senior, and charge a higher day rate, please make a bid via Worksome, with your cost and scope of work.
