We wishes to establish a

Example retailers will be, but not limited to, independent restaurants, takeaways and pubs. The existing web site is *****.co.uk and has been established via GoDaddy but now requires further development.

Once they are signed up, we require the ability for each retailer to sign up members via QR code or similar and establish a database of users. We forecast to be signing up 100 retailers per month by June 2020. These requirements are broken down in the document attached.
