TrackMan is growing fast and we are looking for a Head of Software QA to take our software testing and validation to the next level. Take the lead of our creative software test team, where you will be a key player in the constant strive to heighten the quality of our software.

Your team
As Head of Software QA, you will be leading and developing a dedicated team of Software Testers. You will be part of the R&D leadership team and have reference to SVP – Head of R&D.
The team is now 14 people + 7 part time employees and still growing. The team do a mix of manual test and develop/run automated test platforms for iOS, Android, Windows (frontend and backend) and Cloud Services.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for department deliverables and for the long-term continuous development of the department.
- Lead and manage the department (goals, people, plans, budgets)
- Defining the technological, strategic direction of the department, aligned with the overall strategy of the company / business unit
- Enhancing the performance of direct reports by conduction PDD, follow up discussions and take appropriate actions
About you
- Experienced in classic software test and software QA using testcases and bug tracking software.
- Deep knowledge of how automated testing is developed using tools like Robot Framework, Test Complete, Appium, Selenium or Xamarin UI Test.
- Experience with manual and automated software test, and knowledge about testing backend services.
- Worked with either C#, Java or Python
- Strong leadership & people manager experience
