About the role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with skills in C#, .NET, Telerik Blazor, Telerik Web UI controls, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Full Stack development etc. to join our MES core team. In this team we develop and maintain Software solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. We have developed a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) that is undergoing a major technology upgrade which also means transformation of our development processes.
As a Software Engineer, your role will be key in influencing this transformation by applying your software development expertise. Simultaneously, you will learn the details of the MES and acquire the necessary skills to potentially develop into the role as Tech Lead.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be:
- Developing features for our MES system. This involves all development activities: planning, requirements, design, development, code review, tests, deployment, and documentation, all in close collaboration with our customers.
- Delivering software according to internal and client procedures. We will train you in our Quality Management System, GxP and compliance.
- Working in an informal environment with a flat structure driven by high professionalism and a passion for software development.
- Using an agile development approach, where we focus on working collaboratively towards our shared goal.

The miles you’ve walked

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in software engineering or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years of experience with C#, .NET, Telerik Blazor, Telerik Web UI controls, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Full Stack development.
- Experience within software life-cycle processes and supporting tools.
- You speak and write English fluently.
Experience in some of the following will be considered an advantage:
- Oracle WebLogic, Agile software delivery, REST API, web API and web services, JavaScript/Typescript or Pharma/Regulated business
