Looking for a new handicap helper.
Im looking for a new handicap helper beginning december. I live just by the metrostation Nørrebro, 2200 Nørrebro.
Im 23 year old, studying a bachelor combination of sociologi and cityplanning. In my freetime i love to cook, and play music - where i both sing and play guitar. Other than that im working hard on getting a C1 level in spanish - so if you are spanish native, its more than just a plus. And if you have qualifications within either cooking (as a chef or alike) or know music, that would be amazing.
Working as a handicap helper entails helping out with everyday tasks, big as smalls, eg: cooking, dressing, shopping, cleaning and doing laundry (and whatever household tasks might be relevant) and also personal hygiene (getting on and off the toilet, and help with showers). You will be my ‘shadow’ throughout the 18 hour (and sometimes longer) shifts. That means we will get really close to each other, and get to know each other really well. But the longs shifts also means that it is very important that you can entertain yourself throughout the day - since the work intensity varies a lot, eg. when im home studying i won’t need as much help as when im out doing something. Other than that i need help with getting around in my manual wheelchair, sometimes also get in and out of buildings with small flights of stairs, and alike.
Through this work we will be spending a lot of time together, which means a good chemistry is very important. However, i also expect of you that i can tell you when i need alone time for my self, or when im with other people.
The work will amount in about 40 hours/week, and the shifts will be by default 18 hours/shift, plus potential paid overtime if this is needed. Often the overtime will come with short notice eg. a party suddenly pops up through the day i will expect you to be ready to do overtime. The shifts will be in weekdays as well as weekends/holidays and alike. The monthly shift plans will also vary at times, eg. i get an invitation to visit my parents, friends or such, will mean i probably will have to change the scheme.

Estoy buscando a un nuevo ayudante empezando este diciembre. Vivo al lado de la parada de metro Nørrebro.
Tengo 23 años, estudio una licenciatura en sociología y urbanismo. En mi tiempo libre me encanta cocinar, y tocar música - cantando o tocando la guitarra. Ademas estoy en camino a tener mi diploma C1 en español - por eso busco a una ayudante nativo en español. Y si tienes experiencias en cocinar (como cocinero o parecido) o sabes algo sobre la música seria un gran bonus.
Trabajando como ayudante para discapacitado implica apoyar con tareas cotidianas, pequeños y grandes, por ejemplo: cocinar, vestirme, ir a compras, limpiar y lavar ropas (y cualquiera tarea necesario). Ademas necesito ayuda con la higiene personal (sube y quitar el baño, y para bañar). Yo puedo hacer muchas cosas mismo, sin tu ayuda, pero necesito ayuda a todo fuera de mi apartamento. Entonces necesito ayudar a salir, para moverme, para sacarme de la silla de ruedas etc. Porque vivo en Copenhague, con escaleras por todos lados, también necesito alguien que me puede ayudar entrar sitios - aunque hay unos pasos para entrar.
En general es importante como ayudante, que tu puedas ser una ‘sombra/invisible’ cuando lo necesito - ya que vamos estar junto por muchas horas, a veces necesitaré tiempo solo. Ademas en situaciones social, tengo que poder contar que tu puedas retrocederte.
La jornada es 24 horas, donde traves de la noche será dormido, y a veces necesitaré ayuda a girarme y tal. La posición es full-time, lo que significa que solo será uno o dos dias por la semana. La intensidad del trabajo varía mucho, dependiendo de que yo hago - puede ser que yo estudie todo el dia, o que yo vaya a fiestas toda la noche - soy joven, y impulso ;)

Excepto por estos puntos, no espero mucho de ti - como experiencia en este tipo de trabajo etc. Creo que los mas importante es mantener una conversación abierta, para tu y yo, podemos mejorar la colaboracion que es ser un ayudante.

- Esta listo a trabajar por muchas horas
- Esta listo a usar sus músculos
- Puede entrenerse mismo - 24 horas pueden ser mucho tiempo, si no puedes pasar el tiempo
- Es de buena humor, y que esta listo a la vida y el mundo
- Tiene una licencia de conducir un coche en Dinamarca
