As a Product Owner your main area of operation will be with our Order-to-Cash business processes, covering customer interactions from initial inquiries to final payments. The processes are supported by Salesforce and our artificial intelligence mail-reading and are designed to deliver a great customer experience. You will deliver highly impactful and transformational results for the global Order-to-Cash standards and implement optimizations across all regions.
The Order-to-Cash Center of Excellence’s key objective is to design a great digital Customer Experience. You will be part of an ambitious team that is anchoring new ways of working and implementing sustainable improvements in the Order-to-Cash processes. You will be working with digital strategies and implementations in a global team where we develop solutions in close collaboration with key stakeholders like Customer Service, Logistics, Digital Transformation and IT. A typical project will focus on moving process away from manual handling and into more automated flows to drive up the efficiency in customer handling. You do not need specific knowledge of Salesforce though it is a benefit. Neither do you need prior knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence, as you will be supported by a highly skilled technical team.

About the role

Job duties
- Creating continuous improvements of the business processes through the Salesforce platform
- Own solution and develop our AI capabilities to move from manual flows in our customer handling to automated services. Development will be in corporation with our technical colleagues.
- Lead and manage project teams applying agile ways of working when developing new solutions
- Engage with Key Stakeholders to lead the change and train the organization.
- Lead execution of process and system improvements – Refinement of business requirements into Use Cases for Digital Transformation and IT, Plan & lead UAT Testing.
We are looking for
- M.Sc. preferably in Supply Chain or Business with an excellent academic track record
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- A successful track record on process optimization skills and methodologies delivering highly impactful and transformational results
- Proven ability to assess business models, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution
- General passion for technology trends, such as cloud and digital collaboration
- Willingness to learn cloud technologies, CRM and AI solutions, combined with an innovative mindset
- Proven-track record at meeting project milestones within time, cost, and quality constraints
- Intellectual capacity to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, with pro-active and empowering nature
- Self-motivated, high energy, results-focused, and thrives in an organization that provides clear accountability, taking responsibility for making things happen
- Excellent stakeholder management skills as well as communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to inspire change at all levels. Open straightforward and collaborative style. Clear, articulate, and persuasive communicator. Comfortable operating at all senior management levels
And it is an advantage if you have
- Expertise in designing and evolving the future setup of customer care processes that enable a great Ordering Experience
- Sound knowledge of the End-to-End Order-to-Cash processes and understanding of the key and cross-functional integration with technology
- Good understanding of Technology Innovation and Ecosystems e.g. Salesforce Platform, Artificial Intelligence Tools - on a functional level
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and/or any other popular Agile practices and frameworks
