Supply Chain Coordinator

As our Supply Chain Coordinator in International Purchasing and Supply Chain, you will have the responsibility to optimize the supplies from our international suppliers. The role involves operationally driving the entire supply process from out to the Bravida branches all over the Nordics. In close collaboration with other departments in the company, you will support and develop our supply chain. It is important that the supply chain function is at the forefront, optimizing our inflows, stock levels, and service levels.

In the role of Supply Chain Coordinator within Bravida, you are responsible for:

• Run and develop our operational purchasing
• Developing the supply chain with our international suppliers
• Optimize stock levels at our central warehouse
• Improve our service levels
• Participate and be a driver for change in development projects
• Be a Superuser in our purchasing system
• Develop and monitor KPIs

Your team

You will join our newly formed team that oversees international procurement and supply chain management.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has some years of experience in operational purchasing work and/or logistics in an international environment and preferably from wholesale operations or the retail sector. Our main international suppliers are located in Asia and Central Europe. You are service-oriented, a good communicator, and solutions-oriented.

You like to roll up your sleeves and are stimulated by growth and thrive in a forward-looking company with a high level of ambition.

You are a confident user of IT tools and business systems. You are fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and English.

Studies in logistics or purchasing are a good basis for this role.The position is located at our headquarters in Stockholm.
