International Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager

As International Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager, you will have the responsibility for further developing our international purchases and own brand. You work broadly and are tactical in the purchasing work at the same time as you strategically lead and drive the purchasing function forward with the aim of further strengthening our competitiveness. You will have a close collaboration with other departments within the company. You will also be part of the management team for Bravida Purchasing. You have personnel responsibility for four people initially.

Bravida is the Nordic region's leading player in installations for buildings. It is important that the purchasing function is at the forefront, finds the right suppliers for new products and secures a robust supply chain.

In the role of International Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager at Bravida, you are responsible for:

• Developing Bravida's international purchasing processes at a strategic and tactical level
• Lead, coach, and develop the employees in the international team.
• Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers globally.
• Negotiate and manage agreements with our international suppliers.
• Achieve effective competition and lower our total costs.
• Ensure efficient material supply and low capital tie-up.
• Develop and monitor KPIs.

We are looking for someone who has several years of experience in purchasing on strategic level, in an international environment, and preferably from a retailer or wholesaler. Our main suppliers are located in Asia and Central Europe. You have a good technical understanding and a good theoretical knowledge. Planning and implementation of international purchasing projects, negotiations, and long-term supplier contacts have all been a part of your previous roles.

The position is located at our headquarters in Stockholm.

You will join our newly formed team that oversees international procurement and supply chain management.

You are a confident user of IT tools and business systems. You are fluent in at least one Scandinavia language and English.

You have an academic degree in engineering and/or business.
