To lead and optimize the Supply Chain department in Lantmännen Unibake Denmark covering planning, logistics, and customer service, we are now looking for an ambitious Supply Chain Manager. You will take on a key role when it comes to ensuring delivery on the local and global supply chain strategy. More specifically, you can look forward to the following areas of responsibility:

• Drive the S&OP processes at a strategic, tactical and operational level and facilitate the S&OP transformation journey in close collaboration with Managing Director and the rest of the management team
• Deliver qualified basis for S&OP decisions and challenge the management with relevant inputs and questions based on data
• Manage, motivate and develop the Supply Chain Organization with 3 direct reports and a total team of 14 employees
• Support the digital journey in close collaboration with relevant Business Process Managers
• Guard and ensure compliance regarding global standards, polices, and requirements
• Act as the Supply Chain Process Business Partner and ensure efficient collaboration between Supply Chain and stakeholders across functions, locations – internal as well as external
• Governing of Continuous Savings Initiatives (CSI) and continuous initiatives that improves performance and processes

You will be based at the office in Horsens, where you will be part of the Operations Management Team and report to Operations Director, Rasmus Graversen. Further, you will have a dotted line to the Supply Chain Director in Unibake International.

Communicative Supply Chain Manager with extensive S&OP experience

To succeed in the role, you must have extensive knowledge of – and experience with – S&OP tools and process management. You understand how to drive relevant initiatives within demand and supply planning, customer service and logistics – and you do so based on an analytical approach, strategic reflections, and a thorough understanding of the value chain.

As a person – and colleague – you are known as a relationship builder and a true team player. Because of your communicative and outgoing manner, you thrive in a versatile role where many benefit from your skills – both internally and externally. These competencies also help you as a leader where you are able to drive change and create followership - also when leading from a distance.

You have a relevant educational background combined with hands-on experience from a similar position – preferably in an international environment within FMCG, where you have overseen management and development of supply chain processes. Experience with navigating in a matrix organization is a plus.

You are an experienced user in Excel and ERP systems like AX, MRP, and similar, and you are comfortable communicating in both Danish and English.

Last but not least you are ambitious and have a strong desire to progress your career and potentially grow into the role as Operations Director over time.
