End-to-End Supply Chain Planner

Joining S&OP at Flügger you will be part of a dedicated team of 9, all with our own set of knowledge and expertise. You will be based in our headquarters in Rødovre, Copenhagen, but will be part of a team with colleagues in both Kolding, Bollebygd and Gdansk. We collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization daily, to ensure that supply chain processes are as optimal as possible.

Your key tasks include:
• Run the end-to-end collaborative demand planning process
• Collaborate with Commercial to understand the sales demand plan
• Connect volume planning to financial plans
• Manage Life Cycle Planning across dedicated portfolio
• Update stock levels for both finished goods and raw materials
• Support the design, development, and implementation of planning process improvements

Your palette

You are a team player with a high level of energy and drive, who enjoys cross functional collaboration. You are an excellent planner, who works independently and has a structured and proactive approach to your work. Moreover, you have a minimum of a few years’ experience, perhaps as a planner in production or somewhere else.

We imagine our new colleague is a profile who has experience with/is proficient in:
• Demand & Supply planning in a production company
• Stakeholder management in an international environment
• You have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or similar
• You have commercial understanding and know how to structure complex operational issues
• Your Excel capabilities are solid, as are your analytic capabilities
