We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) who will coordinate the management and optimization of our leftover materials supply chain and logistics operations at Eightyards.

What you can expect:

• Responsible for maintainance and development of Leftover database
• Alignment with HUGO BOSS AG on leftover availability and their parameters. Key point of contact to Repurpose team of HUGO BOSS
• In collaboration with Product & Sales, realization of customer orders based on use case (Resell, Reuse, Recycle/Downcycle)
• Execution of leftover dispatch & shipping, packaging, organization of logistics, creation & control of documentation (e.g. customs documents), invoicing
• Production planning & control of production capacities, negotiation of lead time, order placement, delivery and export to customer required place. Ensuring on time delivery and clarification of delivery issues/shortages. Control of costs related.
• In collaboration with Back Office Manager, preparation of necessary documents for accounting
• Main planning & buying contact to production facilities

Your profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Analytical thinking
• Negotiation skills
• Strong assertiveness, solution orientation
• Intercultural competence
• Very good written and spoken English skills
