The job
At Novo Nordisk we are on an exciting growth journey with multiple new products entering the product pipeline within the next few years.
As a Supply Chain Project Manager, it will be your responsibility to set-up and define the supply chains for new CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations) which will have a direct impact on the launch and delivery of our new products. The new CMOs will become an integrated part of our business why it is crucial to establish trust and a close collaboration - allowing us to combine our business understanding and efficiently build a robust supply chain.
In this position you will gain a broad understanding of the entire Novo Nordisk product portfolio as well as collaborating with international CMOs e.g., in Europe and North America.
To be successful you will need to work collaboratively across multiple departments such as IT, internal sourcing, warehousing, and QA to guarantee a reliable supply chain.

As our new Supply Chain Project Manager, you will join an international team of 23 highly motivated and talented colleagues who respect each other’s differences, encourage each other’s professional development and value a positive and fun work environment. Qualifications
You are good at building relations across cultures and can get commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. Apart from having good communication skills, you are proactive in your daily work, and have a quality mind-set with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Personally, you are highly engaged, have a positive mind-set and an open mind. You work independently, like taking responsibility and enjoy a dynamic and ambitious environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while managing deadlines.
About the department
You will be a part of our Logistics department in the dynamic and agile Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) area. GCM is responsible for Novo Nordisk’s outsourced manufacturing and source APIs and semi-finished products into Novo Nordisk production and deliver finished products to customers world-wide.

- Determine supply-chain KPIs
- Establish communication flow and roles and responsibilities
- Ensure robust processes
- Define safety-stock levels

Qualifications
- You have a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience and/or Project Management, preferably from within the pharmaceutical industry
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and spoken English is required
