We are looking for a Quality Partner in Supply Chain for Corporate Vice President (CVP) area, organisationally placed in Logistics & Distribution (L&D), reporting to the Director of L&D. The position
As Quality Partner your primary focus is to ensure an optimal day-to day handling of the quality area in Supply Chain and act as the gate keeper of the compliance level in the area. You will be the sparring partner together with Supply Chain QA for the organisation on quality related matters including driving minor compliance improvement projects and represent Supply Chain in cross functional fora’s. You are the responsible coordinator planning, compiling, and executing the Quality Management Review (QMR) process and securing all related documentation will be created and reported timely.
In this role, you will:
• Gain deep insight to the processes across the supply chain area, by handling deviations and change request related to supply chain processes
• Be driving the training agenda as training coordinator closely aligned with our ISOTrain responsible and secure relevant training modules are assigned across the unit
• Play a key role in Audits and Inspections in planning, coordinating and securing good executions
• Be involved in cross functional process group work securing right and timely involvement for Supply Chain
Qualifications
To succeed in this role you:
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or another relevant field
• Have experience with manufacturing of pharmaceutical products combined with experience from a similar position within QA or QC
• Have knowledge of GMP / GDP and ISO9001 & ISO13485 standards and guidelines and hands on experience in applying them
About the department
Supply Chain is a central Supply Chain & Finance organisation in Product Supply, managing all cross-functional logistical systems and processes and Finance. The Supply Chain organisation ensures, that Product Supply has aligned plans across the supply chain, is launching new products according to promises, supports the business through planning and supply chain systems and distribution products to customers.
L&D is overall responsible for the global distribution of Novo Nordisk products between production sites and to our affiliates and regional offices across the globe, focusing on delivering a high service while balancing the environmental footprint with the financial impact. Furthermore, we have the responsibility for storage of GxP products, covering both in- and outbound distribution.
While taking the responsibility for global distribution, L&D is responsible for overseeing and complying with all regulatory and quality requirements related to distribution of pharmaceuticals, managing the distribution cost and performance management of our warehouses and vendors.
Both L&D and Supply Chain is characterised by having a very dynamic environment with increasing requirements and complexity.
