Do you have experience with production performance management and capacity planning? Are you able to apply your knowledge to drive insights and actions to maximise productivity and capacity? Do you want to be part of a global network of Capacity Business Partners? If so, you could be our new Capacity Business Partner within Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Business Development.
The position
As Capacity Business Partner, you will be focusing on providing insights and transparency of the drivers of capacity of our production lines. With your logistics, supply chain and/or production knowledge, you will put your analytical skills to work, identifying opportunities for improvements to increase productivity as well as ensuring timely and accurate reporting and escalation of developments and trends.
Main responsibilities include:
• Drive Production Performance Management process, ensuring monitoring and reporting of key production parameters progression according to plans
• Through analysis and business understanding, identify opportunities for improvements and bringing those to decision makers
• Ensure escalation to management of relevant developments in performance parameters
• Understand and drive transparency around key production performance and supply chain metrics in IFP including OEE, lead time, inventory development etc.
• Clarify and create transparency around performance at different IFP sites and enable benchmarking
• Work closely with Supply Chain Planning to ensure alignment between production performance and meeting demand from our patients
You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment and support the strategic focus areas for IFP. Therefore, you will be working closely with many stakeholders and working cross functionally, so we are looking for a professional who has experience building relations across all levels. Your advice should drive decision making by providing insight that are required for Novo Nordisk to deliver according to patient demand.
Qualifications
To be successful this role, we expect you to have:
• BSc or MSc in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant academic degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within performance management and business process optimisations.
• Previous project management experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relations with stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
We are looking for a professional who is able to work independently and has good communication skills to network and cross functionally and influence decision making. In doing so, you have good influencing skills, and you are confident in providing direction and advise accordingly. With your strong analytical and quality mindset, you have a drive to own and improve processes and are structured and organised to ensure efficiency in meeting deadlines.
About the department
IFP Business Development is a part of Business Support located in Bagsværd - an international and high-performing department, consisting of around 35 people from approx. 10 countries. IFP Business Development is responsible for developing and optimizing the global network of production lines - consisting of filling, assembly and packaging lines in Denmark, as well as our 4 international sites.
You get the opportunity to join a diverse and high performing team of 10 colleagues with different levels of seniority and business experience. We use our varying experience to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions, to ensure continuous improvement of the global IFP production network.
