In the job as Supply Chain Partner you are responsible for the operational planning on a 12 months horizon. You will secure stable production through efficient planning for existing and new products.You will be leading the work in developing production plans and analyses to ensure products to our customers. This will be done in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders within in the Novo Nordisk Supply Chain organisation and productions. Your main area of responsibility will be:Planning responsible for a product portfolio / value chain, creating plans on short term for production to adhere too Creating plans on a 12 months horizon to secure the right level of capacity for productions Clear and constructive alignment and direction-setting with stakeholders in the supply chain and production Making analyses to highlight supply risk that will support decision making Define and optimise processes in the supply chain and support cross-functional and cross-departmental optimisations
You will be responsible for ensuring full alignment across the supply chain by clearly communicating your plans and analyses to decision makers at different levels in the organisation. You are comfortable making decisions and being challenged by senior stakeholders in matters of supply chain prioritisations.Your high level of personal integrity and robustness enable you to integrate different views in the decision-making process and handle complex sets of concerns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
QualificationsWe are looking for a Supply Chain Professional with the following background:You are educated within M.Sc. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant educational background You have an analytical and structured approach to problem solving You are able to oversee complex issues and pinpoint the optimal solution You can communicate to stakeholders in a clear and precise manner. You are a skilled Excel user. Experience with SAP ECC/APO and BO or OMP will be considered an advantage. Experience within supply chain management or background within another pharmaceutical company is seen as an advantage As a person you are self-leading and eager to investigate and challenge the obstacles you meet. You are expected to be proactive and involve relevant stakeholders in case of constraints. The position offers high freedom to operate and decision power within the area of your responsibility.It is important that you thrive in a dynamic working environment. Furthermore, it is a must that you are a dedicated team player who inspires trust amongst colleagues and stakeholders.About the department
Supply Chain (SC) is a area within Product Supply that supports all Novo Nordisk A/S global production sites in supplying the best Supply Chain Processes, systems and data to support them in a smooth execution of their daily operations. Hereunder having responsibility for identifying and executing strategic supply chain projects in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.You will be a part of a Biotech & Rare Disease Planning team with 13 highly engaged colleagues. For the right candidate this position is a great opportunity to become part of a highly dynamic planning team and get a steep learning curve into the production set-up and product portfolio.Working at Novo Nordisk
